Lead Coaches serve as mentors, leaders, and positive role models for youth through culturally responsive programming, leadership development, relationship-building, and social-emotional support activities designed to help students feel connected, empowered, and successful both inside and outside of school. In addition to mentoring and supporting students, Lead Coaches will work closely alongside the Mariposa Program Coordinator to help strengthen program culture, support broader program goals, and help cultivate a positive and connected cohort experience for fellow Coaches throughout the school year.
