 Photographers for Youth Sports Team and Individual Photos on Weekends: You must have your own DSLR and flash and we prefer at least 1 year of experience in photography working with children. This is mostly weekends and you must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel at least 100 miles. This is posed photography, not action photography. You can see what we do at www.SportsPhotoStation.com .  Pay is generally $25 per hour from the time you leave home until you arrive home (with overtime frequent).  We also reimburse miles driven at $.55 per mile. We do provide company equipment but we like photographers to have their own back up equipment. We are also looking for managers who have at least 1 year of experience photographing youth leagues, so if this applies to you, let us know.  The manager position pays $30 per hour and includes photography but also admin work. Managers get a 5% override commission on all photo shoots in their area and this can be very significant.   This is also just a weekend position.  We also support photographers who want to do this as their own business (very lucrative) through a national lab operation under the same ownership. and  you can learn about that at www.PictureDayBusiness.com.    If you are interested please submit a resume.  You MUST be able to carry photo equipment, get up early, be good with kids, and have weekends open.  You must also be able to pass a background check required by some of our clients.

As part of our team, you will contribute to a wide range of services aimed at fostering hope, healing, and empowerment within the communities we serve. As the Educational Coordinator for our Children's Home, you will play a key role in supporting youth through both academic supervision and case management. This role combines the structure of classroom facilitation with the flexibility of individualized support, helping students stay on track while completing their accredited online education. Key Responsibilities Classroom Oversight <ul><li>Supervise and run the on-site classroom for half of each day, ensuring a structured and supportive environment for youth enrolled in online schooling.</li><li>Act as a tutor and academic coach, providing guidance, answering questions, and encouraging engagement with coursework.</li><li>Use creative and trauma-informed strategies to help students stay focused and motivated.</li><li>Maintain classroom order and routines without the need for formal lesson planning. </li></ul>Education Coordination and Case Management<ul><li>Enroll youth into appropriate educational settings, including online school or the local public school district based on individual need.</li><li>Track and document academic progress, attendance, and educational goals.</li><li>Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure education plans align with therapeutic and developmental needs. </li></ul>Behavioral Support and Safety<ul><li>Participate in Safety-Care behavioral management training and implement techniques in line with program expectations.</li><li>Support de-escalation and behavior interventions in the classroom and throughout the facility when needed.</li><li>Maintain a calm, regulated classroom environment aligned with trauma-informed care and ARC principles. </li></ul>Collaboration and Communication<ul><li>Work closely with clinical and residential staff to ensure coordinated care.</li><li>Attend meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary team discussions.</li><li>Communicate with parents, guardians, and referral agencies regarding educational progress when appropriate. </li></ul>Other duties as assigned.
