The LYSW will be responsible for environmental safety in all campus buildings and will respond to provide additional support to clients and staff as needed to de-escalate crisis, assist with transitions, cover break times for other staff members, or work with clients that need supervision and support. This position will be part of the ratio during business hours as needed for youth/staff ratio compliance and in ratio for emergency/crisis situations as assigned by management.
