We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company.

Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner

• Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate, satisfactory answers

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution

• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately including processing orders and Quote requests.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved. Including providing customer statements and payment statuses.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

• Accurately document all customer interactions using internal systems

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior customer service experience preferred but we provide full training

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating systems, using email) and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Friendly, patient, and positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
