Nami Nori/Matsuyoi is looking for a detail oriented Prep Cookwith a passion for the food industry to join the opening team of our Design District location.
Nami Nori is the first concept to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a devoted fan following for temaki through "omotenashi", the Japanese art of gracious hospitality. POSITION SUMMARY
A prep cook is responsible for the preparation of ingredients and stations used in the cooking process, as well as maintaining the kitchen and ensuring it is clean and sanitized.
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
