What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

As our Corporate Accountant, you will step into a collaborative environment where your day-to-day work directly impacts our financial health.

• Master the Month-End Close: Take charge of the general ledger by preparing and posting critical journal entries (payroll, commissions, revenue, accruals, allocations, and inventory). You will keep our financials razor-sharp through diligent balance sheet reconciliations.
• Asset Management Ownership: Safeguard our resources by managing fixed and intangible asset accounting, accurately tracking additions, handling disposals, and calculating depreciation/amortization.
• AP & Cash Flow Management: Keep vendor relationships thriving by processing invoices and resolving inquiries. You will manage corporate credit card programs, oversee bank reconciliations, and assist with essential cash disbursements.
• Strategic Reporting & Analysis: Dive into data to support business growth. Prepare insightful P&L schedules, contribute to management reporting packages, and assist with lender reporting requirements.
• Compliance & Tax Integrity: Support state and local tax filings, handle business registrations, and serve as a key point of contact for gathering documentation during audit requests.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 3-4+ years of hands-on accounting experience with direct, autonomous exposure to the month-end close process.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Tech Stack: proficiency in modern ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and robust data analysis).
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with organizational skills and an eye for accuracy.
