26560 - Manager, Sales Specialists - Austin Hybrid

Our client is looking for a Manager, Sales Specialists to cover the Midwest territory. This person will use their management skills and strong sales experience to develop, motivate, and grow a team of sales specialists. They will use their technical understanding of the product line and customer base to help drive sales within new and existing accounts. This person must be strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented in nature. 

Requirements:

• B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related discipline 
• Life Science Sales Management experience  
• Traveling on sales calls, coaching, mentoring, sales reporting, forecasting, managing to KPI’s, and budgeting experience are just a few of the responsibilities of this role 
• Ability to grow, motivate, and maintain a results-driven sales team 
• Must be hands-on, driven, and strategic in nature
• Team player; collaborative and builds strong working relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Hybrid role with the ability for overnight travel
• Based in Austin is a must
