ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims, where I developed a passion for helping customers and protecting what matters most. I'm a graduate of Auburn University and Capella University, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees. I also ran track at Auburn and love traveling, seeking new adventures, and even skydived in Dubai!
Serving my community is incredibly important to me. I'm an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA), involved with my local church, and passionate about giving back through service and community involvement.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Amber Murrell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
