Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of four focused on building a strong, community-centered business. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 15 years in a corporate environment. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted to be more involved in the community and have the opportunity to help a wide range of people in a meaningful way.

We stay actively connected to the local community and look for opportunities to give back and build lasting relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Paul Lanari - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
