ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in financial services. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted to step away from the corporate environment and build a career focused on helping people and making a more personal impact.
Being part of our community is important to us. Our agency stays involved through local events, including Movies in the Park, community festivals, and other sponsorship opportunities throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Daria Kent - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
