Job Description: Account Executive - Digital Marketing Services

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:
   • Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including e-commerce, B2B, and local businesses.
   • Build and manage a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
   • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client's digital marketing requirements.
2. Solution Selling:
   • Present and articulate our digital marketing services effectively to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
   • Collaborate with our digital marketing experts to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.
3. Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
   • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
   • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements to close deals.
4. Market Analysis:
   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
   • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
5. Client Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
   • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using our CRM system.
   • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role within the advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of advertising principles, channels, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
