In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for helping customers with their insurance needs, building lasting relationships, and supporting our team’s success. What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to retention and growth
• Review policies with customers and make helpful coverage recommendations
• Help resolve customer questions and issues with professionalism and care
• Proactively reach out to both new and existing customers (leads provided!)
• Use your product knowledge to explain, recommend, and sell insurance options
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
