ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2009 and expanded to a second location in 2023. Today, I lead a close-knit team of five across our offices and am proud of the strong, supportive environment we’ve built together. Staying connected to the communities we serve is important to us, and our agency is involved in supporting local organizations and initiatives throughout the area.
Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We want our team members to feel supported while having opportunities to learn, develop, and build long-term careers with us.
Trust is incredibly important in our office. Our team gets along very well, supports one another, and knows how to work together as things evolve. I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, positive, and eager to learn and grow with the team. The right person is also adaptable and able to stay positive and move forward when changes come our way. If you’re looking for an established, growing agency with a great team atmosphere and people who genuinely enjoy working together, we’d love to meet you.
