ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and participated in the Agent Aspirant Program, which gave me the experience and foundation to pursue agency ownership. I'm a proud University of Houston graduate with a degree in Business. I recently got married, and outside of work, I'm a big foodie and love cheering on Houston sports teams!

Our agency offers paid time off, licensing support, and a strong focus on career development and professional training. I'm especially passionate about helping team members who have aspirations of becoming State Farm agents themselves. Having gone through that journey personally, I understand the importance of mentorship, hands-on experience, and having the right support to reach your goals.

Our office culture is incredibly important to us. We're building a positive, team-oriented environment where people genuinely enjoy working together while still pushing each other to succeed. We love a little friendly competition and believe that having the right attitude and strong character are just as important as professional skills.

I'm looking for someone who is positive, competitive, coachable, and committed to being a great teammate. If you're looking for an opportunity to grow professionally, challenge yourself, and be part of a newer agency that truly values its people and their development, we'd love to meet you.
