 You'll be joining an established office where you won't be expected to generate every opportunity on your own. Our agency receives inbound calls, quote requests, and internet leads, while successful team members also create opportunities through referrals, consistent follow-up, outbound prospecting, and conversations with existing customers.

What You'll Do


Your primary responsibility will be helping our agency acquire new customers and deepen relationships with our existing customers.


In this role, you'll:

• Responding to inbound calls and quote requests from prospective customers.
• Working internet leads and following up consistently by phone, text, and email.
• Making outbound calls to create additional sales opportunities.
• Asking satisfied customers for referrals and following up with those introductions.
• Reviewing existing customer households and identifying opportunities to better protect them.
• Quoting and selling auto and home/property insurance.
• Identifying opportunities for life insurance and financial services based on customers' needs.
• Following up with prospects who aren't ready to make a decision during the first conversation.
• Building and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
• Working toward individual and team production goals.
• Maintaining required licensing and following agency, State Farm, and regulatory requirements.
