Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agency

Location: Riverside, CA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday


We're a growing State Farm agency in Riverside looking for an outgoing, motivated, and goal-oriented individual who enjoys connecting with people and has a passion for sales.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven to succeed, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow their career in insurance and financial services. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, is comfortable prospecting for new business, and is motivated by achieving sales goals.


What You'll Do

• Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, prospecting, and follow-ups.
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Prepare insurance quotes and recommend coverage options based on customer needs.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance and financial services products.
• Consistently follow up with prospects, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Who We're Looking For

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with potential customers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and asking for the sale.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Must have a California Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing and able to obtain one within 60 days of starting employment.

Compensation & Schedule

• $20/hour + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• In-office position in Riverside, CA
