Job Summary

We are hiring an Account Resolution Specialist to join a Risk Operations team. This position works directly with customers to resolve past-due accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide solutions to account issues.

Location: Piedmont Triad Parkway, Greensboro NC

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts

• Negotiate payment arrangements and collect payments

• Resolve customer account issues

• Handle difficult conversations professionally

• Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances

• Work with individual owner-operators, large fleets, and construction businesses

• Navigate multiple systems and manage customer interactions

• Support the team as the customer portfolio continues to grow

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Comfortable negotiating with customers

• Ability to handle difficult conversations

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems

• Customer service, collections, or account resolution experience preferred

• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Recent graduates with relevant customer-facing or phone experience are encouraged to apply

Systems

Experience with InfoLease, Artiva, Power BI, or Salesforce is a plus, but training will be provided.
