Job Description

Position Overview

A well-established manufacturing firm is hiring an Accounting Clerk to support daily transactional accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, operational finance role.

What You'll Do

  • Process high-volume invoices and assist with vendor payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with general ledger entries
  • Maintain accurate inventory-related accounting records
  • Support billing and collections activities
  • File and organize financial documentation

Preferred Background

  • 2-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong data entry accuracy and time management skills
