    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and review month end close activities (depreciation, revenue accruals, leases, etc.)
    • Responsible for all Financial Statement Preparation
    • Fixed-asset accounting (depreciation schedules, purchases, disposals)
    • Support budget and forecasting processes
    • Responsible for banking relationship, cash management
    • Ensure accounting standards are met
    • Contribute to year-end audit preparation
    • Manage a small team of direct reports - review work, conduct performance reviews
    • Fully utilize existing systems and oversee new system implementations
    • Support the Controller with ad-hoc projects as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or advanced degree
    • 7-12+ years of experience
    • Nonprofit experience is a plus
    • Supervisory or managerial experience
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel
    • Large ERP experience
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
