Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead financial reporting and month-end close activities
• Manage WIP reporting and construction accounting functions
• Oversee AIA billing processes
• Coordinate year-end audit activities
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and SOPs
• Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 5+ years of accounting experience with Accounting Manager experience preferred
• Construction accounting experience including AIA billing and WIP reporting
• Strong QuickBooks experience required
• Procore experience preferred
