Responsibilities:

<\/div>
Maintain our balance sheet and monthly journal entries
<\/div>
Prepare financial statements, schedules, and reports
<\/div>
Process bi -weekly payroll, including tax filings and compliance
<\/div>
Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycles
<\/div>
Track fixed assets and calculate depreciation in our accounting system
<\/div>
Review and approve business expenses and corporate credit card charges
<\/div>
Complete ad hoc accounting projects and analyses<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Requirements:
<\/div>

<\/div>
(Required) Have 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a fast -paced environment
<\/div>
(Required) Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
<\/div>
Have proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
<\/div>
Have experience of working in fast -paced startup environments
<\/div>
Are comfortable handling ambiguity and working with minimal supervision
<\/div>
Take the initiative to take your knowledge of processes and systems and recommend well -considered improvements
<\/div>
Know how to implement a change and are good at predicting what the effects of it will be; you know how to “get it right” the first time
<\/div><\/span>
