Office Setting: 5 days in the office (no hybrid)

Summary:

A well-established, Miami-based B2B distribution company with over 40 years of success is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its team. This is a highly visible role with direct interaction with ownership and executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, financial planning, and performance optimization
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning activities
• Help coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Foster and cultivate a growing accounting team
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of total accounting experience
• Strong ERP systems experience (NetSuite strongly preferred)
• Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables/charts, power query and lookups)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
