We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop the team to drive performance, growth, and high-quality work, including goal setting and performance evaluations.Foster a positive, achievement-oriented team culture focused on customer service, proactive communication, collaboration, recognition, and professional development.Review cash reconciliations prepared by the team and provide constructive feedback to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Address performance concerns, work quality issues, and team challenges in a timely and professional manner.Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures to support accurate and timely financial analysis while promoting best practices.Investigate reconciliation variances and balance sheet discrepancies, identifying root causes and communicating findings to leadership.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and areas of focus.Identify process improvement opportunities and serve as a subject matter expert on related initiatives and projects.Lead and manage projects from planning through execution.Partner with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of cash reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items.Collaborate closely with facility personnel, department leaders, and team members to support accounting and financial operations.What You'll Bring Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field requiredMinimum of 4 years of accounting experience requiredMinimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience requiredKnowledge and ability to place a high emphasis and maintain controls surrounding financial reporting as pertains to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)Proficient in Microsoft: Excel, Outlook, Word is requiredWhat Sets You Apart Experience in healthcare accounting is preferredExperience in Blackline or Peoplesoft is preferredAdditional Information Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
