Accounting Supervisor

Target Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Oversee multi-entity accounting activities, including intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while supporting workload distribution, reviews, and approvals
• Lead month-end close activities and drive improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and financial reporting deliverables across multiple entities
• Partner with leadership to optimize accounting systems, reporting processes, and multi-entity functionality within Sage

Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity accounting responsibilities
• Experience with property management, real estate, construction, or related industries strongly preferred
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience and proficiency with ERP systems such as Sage preferred
