Accounting Systems Analyst

The Accounting Systems & Operations Analyst will work across both accounting

operations and financial systems. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is also curious about technology, process improvement, and the evolving use of AI in finance.

 Prepare and support journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany activity, and other month-end close responsibilities.

\n

 Support accounting for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and assigned balance-sheet and income-statement accounts.

\n

 Maintain accurate, organized, and review-ready support for accounting entries, reconciliations, close checklists, audits, and internal reviews.

\n

 Research reconciling items and accounting questions, identify the underlying issue, and follow through to resolution.

\n

 Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day NetSuite and SAP Concur questions from accounting and business users.

\n

 Support NetSuite administration, reporting, saved searches, workflows, user access, testing, data validation, and issue

\n

troubleshooting within established review and approval procedures.

\n

\n

\n

 Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or active CPA candidacy is preferred but not required.

\n

 Approximately 3-5 years of experience
