Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at a facility in Albany, NY.

Pay Rate: $18 / hour

Details
  • M-F, 8 hour shift (37.5 hours worked)

Job duties:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Enter data and update databases
  • Greet visitors and provide customer service
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Coordinate meetings and office activities
  • Assist managers and staff with administrative tasks
  • Follow office policies and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-year previous working experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
