SCOPE OF WORK: The Administrative Assistant will provide key administrative and front office support, ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include managing phones, scheduling, typing reports, filing, data entry, and assisting with grants and contracts. The role also involves handling donations, connecting clients to New Hope services, and supporting senior managers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE · High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. · 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office role, preferably in a non-profit or busy office setting. · Experience in managing office tasks such as scheduling, report preparation, and data entry. · Previous experience in fundraising or non-profit support is ideal.
