Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as document preparation and report generation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide assistance to other staff members as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
