Position Description

Advertised Job Summary - Under the direction of the Project Director of the Transition Alliance of South Carolina (TASC), to provide administrative support to the project team, by maintaining an efficient and effective workflow, assisting with daily operations of supported areas to include scheduling, records management, editing and copywriting, data entry, event support, calendar maintenance and customer service, data entry, documentation, records management, and assisting in other specific needs of the unit.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience - high school diploma or GED. Requires 2 or more years of job related experience.

Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and relevant experience supporting staff who work with other state agencies and organizations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required. Ability to coordinate and work well with a diverse staff required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Windows, Excel), Adobe, PowerPoint, Google work suite, Survey Monkey, MailChimp required.
