What You'll Do

• Support the Administrative Coordinator with day-to-day branch operations
• Schedule customer appointments and service calls
• Assist with customer follow-up and lead management
• Maintain accurate information in CRM and scheduling systems
• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare documents and support office organization
• Partner with Sales Consultants, Installers, and branch leadership to help deliver a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
