This position will provide high-level support to the Deputy General Counsel/Director of Legal Operations, and will also provide administrative assistance to the Legal team.*This position is full-time, in-office only – Irvine, CAGeneral ResponsibilitiesResponsible for administrative tasks and projects for Deputy General Counsel, such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, handling requests, and managing correspondenceCoordinate and book travel, such as reserving flights, hotels, and car rentalsManage travel expenses and receipts, using travel and expense management software (i.e. Concur)Assist Deputy General Counsel with coordinating daily tasks to optimize workflowHelp manage Deputy General Counsel calendar, plan meetings, and execute the day-to-day administrationAssist Deputy General Counsel with special projects and project activities, including simple tasks and larger project plansHelp with project management, such as creating and updating workflows, preparing and providing documentation to internal teams, and tracking informationPrepare meeting materials, including PowerPoint presentations and booklets for C-level and Executive meetingsDevelop strong working relationships throughout the company, and with outside organizations and vendors, as an extension of the Legal teamBe part of a team-oriented department and assist in other areas as neededFull-time, Hourly (Non-exempt)Pay Range is $41.10-$47.25 per hourThe above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition.
