    Summary

    • We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2–4 years of experience, including knowledge of accounts and invoicing. Candidates should be based near the office location.

    Responsibilities

      • Filing and collecting invoices
      • Submitting invoices within the system
      • Accurately entering invoice data into the system


    Requirements

    • Requirement:

      Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or similar accounting software

      Familiarity with Bill.com

      Basic understanding of Excel
