Job TitleExecutive Assistant or Office ManagerJob DescriptionManage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for 2 executives. Oversee office logistics: ordering supplies, catering, pantry items, etc. Assist with Reception support (as needed). Partner with other Administrative Assistants in the office with backup support and general administrative support. Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy access and retrieval. Assist in planning and executing department events or team activities. Support project coordination by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability for smooth operations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds at times. Completed Bachelor's Degree is required. Hours: 8:00am-5:15pm, Willing and available to provide support nights and/or weekends on occasion as needed. Overtime eligible. Compensation: Base salary plus discretionary bonus.
