Overview:

We have an immediate need for an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant for NYS Office of General Services (OGS) at Harriman State Campus.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager responsiblitites include

 
  • Provide administrative support to ensure projects under the unit proceed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as a liaison with various internal workgroups with meeting scheduling and coordination 
  • Provide administrative assistance by preparing materials, building and maintaining meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting minutes, and following up for completion of action items for timely execution.
  • Keep daily itinery
  • Assist with post and pre- awards tasks. 
  • Support the preparation of reports and process flow charts
  • Additional duties as assigned  

 

Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are:

  • Construction document control or Office Engineer experience a plus
  • Organized and process oriented.
  • Reliable follow-through.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Clear and professional communicator.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse populations of people in a team setting yet able to work independently within established guidelines.
  • Professional discretion when handling internal information.

  • Compensation: Min $50-,000 - $65,000 annually 
  • The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
