We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for 1+ year contract (with potential to convert) in Orlando, FL.Pay Rate: $22/hrIn this role, you will:• Provide administrative support to management and department staff.• Handle correspondences, memos, time reporting, payroll, and meeting scheduling.• Prepare reports, budgets, and administrative forms.• Maintain employee files and process travel and business expense reports.• Assist in preparing commission agenda packages and supporting materials.• Maintain American Express procurement card statements.• Collaborate with and back up other administrative staff, including processing invoice payments and approvals.Key Responsibilities Prepare commission agenda items and supporting documentation, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.Support payroll processing, time entry, reimbursements, and related administrative functions.Assist with developing and monitoring budgets, expense reports, and financial records.Process vendor invoices, purchase requisitions, and procurement card reconciliations.Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy files for employees, timesheets, and business expenses.Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and manage correspondence.Provide backup support to other administrative and executive assistants.Order and manage office supplies; assist with RFPs, bid proposals, and contract renewals.Train staff on administrative processes and systems as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advanced administrative support role.
