Administrative Assistant- Classic Mazda

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great communication and customer service skills. They must be able to engage the customer on the phone and speak clearly and concisely. Must be detailed oriented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Vehicle inventory auditing
  • Reporting vehicles sold to the manufacture
  • Uploading rebate documents for payment
  • Reconciling accounting schedules
  • Ording business cards and name badges
  • Assist in onboarding new associates
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Informing employees of training requirements
  • Clerical Duties
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications at once
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Prior sales/customer service experience a plus
  • Ability to learn and operate within various computer programs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Pass background screening requirements
