Administrative Assistant

Northwest Property Group LLC is a real estate investment company. The company invests in, develops, and rehabs properties in multiple states. We are looking for a motivated, well-rounded individual for a full-time position in the Portland area. This is a mid level position. We are looking for someone to join our team in the exciting world of real estate. We work in commercial, residential, and vacant land real estate. Every project is a new adventure. Experience in real estate, title, escrow, or property management is a plus.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred, but not required (some college is required)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational skills required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to do research and learn new skills
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Communicating with contractors
• Preparing task lists
• Handling a large volume of phone calls
• Handling a large volume of emails
• Data entry
