HireLevel is hiring for Administrative Coordinator / Logistics Support in Saint Louis MO. Reliable attendance is essential for success in this position.
Shift: 7am-330pm -- Monday - Friday
Compensation: $19 - $21 BOE
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external personnel to schedule inbound and outbound appointments.
- Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments.
- Maintain, update, and track multiple spreadsheets and reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication across departments.
- Support daily administrative and logistics functions as needed.
- Previous administrative, logistics, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
