This role provides vital support to the Chief Executive Staff, handling administrative tasks to ensure efficient business development, operations, and office management.
- Organizing Board and Executive meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and distributing materials.
- Assisting executives with presentation and event preparation.
- Managing calls, schedules, travel arrangements, and financial documentation.
- Maintaining business documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Creating graphics, newsletters, and editorial content for internal communications.
- Leading employee committees and coordinating community outreach events.
- Traveling to different client sites and supporting the executive team as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments and performing additional administrative duties.
Preferred education includes an Associate’s Degree or higher, with a current Notary certification being advantageous.
- Requires ability to handle multiple tasks independently, communicate effectively, and manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong organizational skills, and proactive thinking are essential.
