Job Duties

• Enter Sales Orders for remote billing and invoice the orders in Sage
• Process backorders for Remote Warehouses
• Provide Customer Service by responding to Customer inquiries and requests including, but not limited to:
• • Questions regarding product availability
  • Quotes for price and delivery of product
  • Status information for purchase orders
  • Tracking information for orders
• Various Reception duties including answering phones and monitoring the front door
• Update the company directory
• Assist customers with discrepancies such as shortages; overages; incorrect items received etc.
• Work with the warehouse team on shipping errors and various issues
• Assist with Order Entry on an as needed basis
• Provide support to remote Regional Sales Managers
• Communicate with Reps on behalf of the Regional Sales Managers regarding important documents and updates
• Process Sample and Literature requests for the Regional Sales Managers and Reps
• Assist with the coordination of Sales Meetings
• Create spreadsheets for the Regional Sales Managers and other team members
• Take Meeting Minutes and notes for the Regional Sales Managers
• Assist with various tasks as needed
• Assist the Regional Sales Managers and Office Manager with various projects as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in Order Entry
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
• Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
• Experience using Sage 100 a plus but not required
