Administrative Coordinator (Path Lab)

We are seeking a curious, adaptable, and professionally grounded coordinator to serve as the executive administrative backbone for the Chair/Vice Chair of Pathology at IU Health. This is a brand new position supporting one of the most complex and matrixed leadership environments in the IU Health system - a department of over 250 individuals, more than 130 faculty members, and a pathology and laboratory operation spanning 18 hospitals with approximately 1,400 FTE across IU Health, IU Health Medical Group, and Indiana University. This role exists to bring order, judgment, and steady support to the leadership team.

This role provides executive administrative support to the Chair of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and the broader department leadership team, including:
