The Administrative Coordinator provides advanced administrative support School of Hospitality Deans Suite. Responsible for providing professional, efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to Associate Dean, faculty and staff. Coordinate, manage and execute all events for the School. Facilitate guest speakers, prospective and admitted student visits. Assist in overseeing Deans Suite operations and the supervision of student employees. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, customer service driven environment.
Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, and one to three years of experience. Must have strong written and communication skills and a positive disposition.
