Responsibilities
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic documents and records.
- Perform general administrative and clerical support duties.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management.
- Maintain accurate files and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
- Support daily office operations while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Escalate legal or clinical inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with team members to support office workflow and operational efficiency.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
