Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide clerical and administrative support in a busy office environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple tasks, and providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic documents and records.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support duties.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management.
  • Maintain accurate files and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
  • Support daily office operations while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Escalate legal or clinical inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Collaborate with team members to support office workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
