The Administrative Support Assistant provides administrative and operational support to attorneys and paralegals within the Firm’s Immigration Practice Group. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

A Day in the Life:

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive billing and administrative support to attorneys and legal staff in a fast-paced professional environment. Key responsibilities include preparing and organizing prebills for attorney review, coordinating invoice creation and follow-up on billing matters, processing attorney reimbursement requests and check requests, and managing credit card payments for client invoices. The role also supports matter management activities by submitting and tracking client matter number requests, coordinating folder creation requests, and maintaining organized electronic records within NetDocuments (ND). Additional responsibilities include processing incoming mail, printing and preparing legal documents, coordinating payments to third-party vendors, maintaining department trackers and internal reports, reserving conference rooms, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations across the team.

We Know You:

The successful candidate will be fluent in Korean, with the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently. Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred, and exposure to immigration law is a plus, though not required. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems is required, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability in follow-through, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience with legal billing processes, familiarity with NetDocuments or similar document management systems, and a strong client service mindset are highly preferred.
