Administrative Support
Processes incoming daily mail for the Producer Licensing Unit. Distribute to the appropriate team member or process if necessary.
Answers and routes incoming inquiries via phone and email as needed during standard hours of operation from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Performs copying, scanning and other special projects as directed.
Performs daily review of assigned transactions in State Based Systems (SBS). Processes as directed
Processes inquiries for license update requests as assigned.
Ability to document workflow processes as a standard workflow procedure as needed during training and other information meetings.
Updates SharePoint calendar and other Producer Licensing pages as needed.
Other administrative duties as deemed necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of mail and inquiries.
Ability to provide excellent customer service by telephone, e-mail and in person.
Ability to assemble information according to procedures; excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in oral expression, to deal tactfully with others, to exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to work accurately with names and other pertinent information.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of and ability to use general office equipment.
Knowledge of and ability to use PC technology, specifically Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
