Administrative Support

What we're looking for:

- Great personality. Very important for us. We work well in a team environment

- Phone calls chasing lien releases, paperwork, etc.

- Filing, Data Entry, scanning, phone calls to subcontractors, making sure all files are up to date

- Some AR/AP - matching invoices only, sending lien releases to contractors,

- M-F 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM are our general hours

We are located in Irvine, this is onsite.

Must have construction background.

Admin support for a construction company is required.
