AI Operations Coordinator

We are supporting our client on a search for an AI Operations Coordinator to help operationalize AI across the company. You will manage prompt libraries, evaluate new tools, coordinate rollouts, and partner with team leads to translate AI hype into real productivity gains.

This is a high-leverage seat for a curious operator who wants to live at the intersection of process and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and version internal prompt and workflow libraries
• Coordinate rollouts of new AI tools across teams
• Track usage, ROI, and user feedback for AI deployments
• Build training materials and host enablement sessions
• Vet new vendors and evaluate emerging models
• Document standard operating procedures for AI use cases
• Partner with security and legal on responsible-use policies

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in operations, project coordination, or technical program work
• Hands-on familiarity with modern LLM tools and workflows
• Strong written communication and documentation habits
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams
• Curiosity and a bias toward experimentation
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
