We're looking for an experienced AP professional who can thrive in a:High-volume invoice processing environmentFull-cycle AP ownership from intake through paymentMulti-location complexity across 100+ centersStrict accuracy expectations (targeting >99.8% accuracy)If your background is limited to low-volume, manual, or narrowly scoped AP work, this will not be the right fit.Qualifications:5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a paperless environment.Proven experience handling high-volume invoice processingExperience supporting a multi-location or multi-entity organization.Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processing.Adequate knowledge of general ledger expense coding.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.High attention to detail with a track record of accuracy and accountabilityStrong communication skills with external and internal stakeholdersAbility to prioritize deadlines, work independently and with a team.Your Role and How You'll Make a Difference: As an AP Accounting Specialist, you will own the end-to-end AP process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll work across multiple locations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time while resolving issues quickly and professionally. This role requires someone who can manage volume, maintain precision, and keep operations moving without constant oversight .Responsibilities:Process high volume of internal and external supplier invoices for payment.Own full-cycle AP processing , including coding, entry, and payment deadlines.Resolve invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and rejections.Review vendor statement and reconcile open items.
