The Accounting Manager will own core accounting processes including month-end close, general ledger, account reconciliations, accounts payable, cash and credit card reconciliations, inventory accounting, sales and tax-related reporting, and financial statement preparation. Strong understanding of restaurant accounting, including sales reconciliation, cash management, credit card settlements, inventory, food and beverage cost, accounts payable, and restaurant-level P&Ls.
