If you're one of those bright minds, we'd like to meet you.For additional information, please visit our website at www.remedymed.comResponsibilities:Responsible for month end close, including preparation of all journal entries/accruals necessary to complete monthly financialsPrepare bank reconciliations and maintain monthly balance sheet workpapersResponsible for all accounting and financial statement distribution deadlinesPrepare monthly management fee billing/reimbursement information for payment by ownerMaintain cash logs with daily activity and monitor cash balancesInterface with building management and owner representatives on financial and operational issuesAssist with the preparation of annual escalation and settlement billings for CAM, RET and other applicable additional chargesResponsible for key financial aspects of the property including real estate tax paymentsAdditional responsibilities as assignedQualifications:The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience/educationExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptionally strong qualitative and analytical skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft based softwareSolid organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently and independently$54,000-57,000 salary range, based on experience, plus benefits and bonusNow is a great time to join our growing team at Remedy!
